Had Geoff Heldoorn and Jeff Tom meet up with me early Sunday morning for a trip down to La Jolla to fish Seabass.  Launched the boat and picked up a couple macks left over from the receiver, then ran up to NW Corner to try to make some more macks. Lots of surface bait, but difficult to catch macks.  Watched a Kayaker hook up on a nice grade yellowtail as we were working our way to the zone.  Met up with Pat and Charlie out on the water, both boats worked the area finding different schools of seabass but unfortunately no bites for anyone.  Stayed out through the afternoon low tide then called it a day. 

All in it was a good day on the water with friends!  Hopefully after the full moon, these things will bite again.
