The Halibut Tournament runs May 16 through May 17.
This is a line class tournament with 30 pound maximum line class.

Send line samples to Bob Waters house in Laguna Niguel. Weigh slips must be submitted within 5 days of catch.

Halibut Tournament Final Results.
Weather again kept DAC Members off the water. Fishing was slow with only 4 fish weighed. Fish were on the small size so that reinforces the need to weigh all fish regardless of size. Congratulations to those that found the fish.
1st Place Adult Member. Trevor Blackann. 6.55 lbs on 12 lb. 9.83 points
2nd Place Adult Member. Yutaka Suganuma. 5.7 lbs on 20lb. 5.7 points
3rd Place Adult Member. Don Girkis. 3.8 lbs on 20 lb. 3.8 points
1st Place Guest. Corbin Hamil.4.3 lbs on 30 lb. 3.23 points.
